"Wow! This place is huge, use to accommodates 300 diners now upgraded and renovated to cater 600 and expandable to 1000 diners. Good choices of cuisines, from local to Korea, from Japan to India. Always make reservations ahead if you have more than 2 ppl dining."

"Stayed here many times but trying out their breakfast for the first time this round. Like the spacious indoor and outdoor area. Buffet spread is not bad and service is good too."

"Went for a high tea buffet with my close friends for an annual get together makan2. The selection of food varies and displayed accordingly; malay, chinese, indian, japanese, western, salads, desserts, drinks etc. Ample portion for each dishes, and refilled accordingly. The japanese cuisines hit the pallate superbly, the salmon sashimis are fresh, the sushis are prepared promptly. The condiments-wasabis n soy sauce is fresh and delicious. Overall a very satisfactory meal and worth the price. Will surely looking forward to their other buffets i.e CNY, Raya or Iftaar buffet. Be mindful to book the reservations prior."

The moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt lively yet comfortable — perfect for a relaxing meal. The buffet spread was impressive, with a good balance of local favourites and international dishes. I especially enjoyed the freshly grilled items and the variety of desserts — their cakes and kuih were surprisingly good! What stood out even more was the attentive service; the staff were friendly, quick to clear plates, and always checked if we needed anything. Overall, it’s a great place for family meals, celebrations, or even casual get-togethers. Cinnamon Coffee House definitely delivers both quality and comfort. "Attend Sunday buffet with Family, nice n cosy place for family or friends gathering…price is reasonable with special discount for senior and children. In term of Food is ok but not up to my personal expectation . My comment is dim sum , peking duck roll , pizza .need to improve the freshness … sorry to said that one bite i split it out…some of the carving meats is too tough to bite overcooked. Indian dishes station surprisingly no naan or capati that is well pairing with their good curry dhal. Recommended is hot wok hei char kuoy teow. Hailam chicken rice is juicy tender meat bubur kacang n the fresh seafood platter especially the prawn."

"Had a really great lunch buffet experience at Cinnamon Coffee House means at One World Hotel The overall atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, suitable for family dinner or gathering with friends. The cold prawns were super fresh and nicely chilled. The meat was firm, sweet, and not fishy at all — you can really taste the freshness. I went come back for 2nd time The roasted lamb leg was another highlight. Very tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. Not dry at all, and the flavour was just nice. Service was good, staff were friendly and quite attentive in clearing plates. Overall very satisfied with the food quality and experience. Definitely worth it and will come back again!"

"I came to Cinnamon during the weekend high tea to attend an event (July 2025). The restaurant has a good spread of food. Out of all the dishes I tried, all were good except for the carbonara. The atmosphere is smartly designed as well. A large portion of their dining area is modular and can create private dining rooms of various sizes based on the customer's request. A good buffet with private dining is rare and I'm glad to see it here. Overall, the price of RM138 per person is high but worth it for events when looking at the food options and private room setup. Edit 4 months later: Oops didn't realise 1 world asked for more feedback on the carbonara I remember the sauce being very underwhelming. The pasta itself was fine. To me, good carbonara should be an eggy cheesy type of creamy with sharp cheese taste. The one I ate at Cinnamon was underseasoned with a strong heavy cream taste."
